Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets our return conditions.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product should not be damaged or tampered with
- Original invoice/order details must be available
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or an unboxing video for verification.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

- Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
